“Men 麺” means noodles, and “Jiro 次郎” means the second son.  Menjiro is the first ramen restaurant to experiment with tori paitan -- Chicken creamy broth, served with our house-made ramen.  The time and dedication went into making the broth resulted in a richly complex flavor that you can only try for yourself!

Chef Yuki Nakamura has over a decade of experience in both Japan and Canada in Japanese cuisine.  He now wishes to introduce Edmonton with his own spin on traditional Japanese Ramen which had always been a staple and favourite of his growing up.
