“Men 麺” means noodles and “Jiro 次郎” means the second son. We take noodles very seriously at Menjiro, making fresh egg noodles every day. Our noodles are made with Canadian flour and locally-sourced eggs, and we do not add any preservatives. You can experience the freshness with every bite!
